Mark had a much better day today. He was lifted into a wheelchair so that he could eat his meals in the dining room at the nursing home. He is slowly getting accustomed to eating his pureed food. At least eating in the dining room he is able to have a change of place - so life in bed does not become quite so boring.
Please take time to come visit Mark. He enjoys company. He is so fortunate that the stroke did not effect his memory or speech center.
