Mark had a fairly good day. As I left in the wee hours of the morning on Oct 20, he had not been asleep since early Sunday morning. He fears if he goes to sleep, he'll not wake up here on earth.
He remains somewhat in touch with all of us - making eye contact, being able to nod yes or no when asked questions, occasionally squeezing our hand and speaking a few words. Last night the boys & I watched Pete's Dragon, a favorite of his, with him. It was fun having a family movie night. Thank you Andrew for that gift!
Thank you all for your continued thoughts and prayers. All of the family - immediate and extended - feel blessed to have you all in our lives. Your support means so much at a time like this.
