I stopped by to see Mark at noon. He appeared to be asleep, breathing shallow but strong. I chose not to wake him as he needs his sleep.
This evening I arrived about 6:30 PM. His breathing was more labored. His skin is turning cool & clammy. He has been pretty unresponsive all evening. The staff of Rose Arbor readied him for bed and gave him his meds. He is running a slight temperature. But it has been coming down since his arrival on Friday.
The staff at Rose Arbor are wonderful. They have truly helped Mark and his family face this transition with love and compassion.
